Billy w. Day Sr., 72, of Hermiston, died April 19, 2023, in Richland, Washington. He was born Sept. 25, 1950, in Hillsboro. A funeral service will be April 29, 10 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1035 S.E. Ninth St., Hermiston. Arrangements are with Burns Mortuary of Hermiston.
