Norma E. Mendoza, 56, of Pendleton, died April 7, 2023, at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center, Portland. Recitation of the holy rosary will be April 13, 6 p.m., at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 809 S.E. Emigrant Ave., Pendleton. Mass of Christian Burial will be April 14, 10 a.m., also at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Olney Cemetery, Pendleton.
