Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Michael Morris Ray, 41, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2022 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to two days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, one year suspension of driving privileges and three years probation.

Christy Badgett, of Milton-Freewater, versus David Cook, Haylee Harvey; seeks $8,792.

Michael David Bryan, of Pendleton, versus, Loren Lindell, of Pendleton; seeks $8,218.70.

James Edward Turk, of Pendleton, versus Conrad Alan Wyss and Craig W. Russell; seeks $110,000.
