Sentences

The following sentences were have been filed in Umatilla County Circuit Court (interest, court costs and fees not listed):

William Brooks Bergstrom, 35, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty to 2018 charges of second-degree sexual abuse and third-degree sexual abuse; sentenced to three years of probation, $200 in fines and fees.

Paul Stanton Pfenning, 35, of Umatilla, was convicted on 2022 charges of harassment and fourth-degree assault; sentenced to 20 days of incarceration and two years of probation, $400 in fines and fees.

Jeffrey Todd Rice, 50, of Stanfield, pleaded guilty to a 2021 charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to 10 days of incarceration, three years of probation, suspended driver’s license for one year, $1,600 in fines and fees.
