8:52 a.m. — An assault was reported at Eastern Oregon Recovery Center on Southwest Hailey Avenue in Pendleton.
1:55 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported on Southeast Third Street and Southeast Emigrant Avenue in Pendleton.
3:21 p.m. — Theft was reported at Western Radiator on Southeast Court Place in Pendleton.
4:46 p.m. — Theft was reported at Birch Creek Manor in Pilot Rock.
5:40 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported on Highway 339 in Milton-Freewater.

8:03 a.m. — Pilot Rock police responded to a reported fight on Southwest Birch Street.
8:13 a.m. — Burglary was reported on East Main Street in Hermiston.
9:30 a.m. — Fraud/forgery was reported at the Pilot Rock police station.
10:15 a.m. — A car prowl was reported on Northeast Riverside Avenue in Pendleton.
10:19 a.m. — Theft was reported on Cold Springs Loop in Weston.
11:45 a.m. — Theft was reported on North First Street in Hermiston.
12:30 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported at Mountain View Apartments on Northwest Carden Avenue in Pendleton.

12:15 a.m. — A search and rescue was activated on Texas Bar Road and South Highway 395 in Ukiah.
1:55 a.m. — A burglary was reported on South Edwards Road in Hermiston.
2:22 a.m. — A car was reported stolen from St. Anthony Hospital in Pendleton.
ARRESTS, CITATIONS
•The Milton-Freewater Police Department arrested Keri Lee Werhan, 44, on a felony count of strangulation and a misdemeanor count of harassment.
•Oregon State Police cited and released Chloey Alexandria Concepcion, 29, of Kennewick, Wash., for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.
•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Matthew James Way, 30, on a felony charge of third-degree robbery and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree criminal trespass, and on a felony post-prison sanction violation.
•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Gerald Leroy Leach, 59, on a felony charge of attempting to commit a crime and misdemeanors of second-degree disorderly conduct, interfering with police and resisting arrest.
