PASCO, Wash. – Phyllis M. Hahn, 74, of Milton-Freewater died Sunday, Sept. 6, 2009, at the Tri-Cities Retirement Inn in Pasco, Wash. Graveside services and inurnment will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11 at the Milton-Freewater Cemetery.
Mrs. Hahn was born Dec. 16, 1934, in Loop City, Neb., to Joseph and Mary Wieczorek Grudzinski. At the age of six she moved with her family to Walla Walla, where she attended DeSales Catholic School. In 1952 she married Claire J. Hahn in Asotin, Wash. The couple lived most of their married life in the Walla Walla Valley.

She worked as floor lady at Mojonniers and Sheslers Packing Houses, Birdseye and Walla Walla Cannery.
Mrs. Hahn is survived by her husband Claire J. Hahn at their home; sons Allen Hahn, Arnold Hahn, Jerry Hahn and Kelly Hahn, all of Milton-Freewater; daughter Marilyn Mowry of Spokane, Wash.; sister Blanche Morris of Templeton, Calif.; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and nume- rous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by daughter Tina Maurer.
