OBITUARY: Kenneth Carl Volesky

PENDLETON -?Kenneth Carl Volesky, 85, of Pendleton died Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010, in Pendleton. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 3 at Olney Cemetery in Pendleton.

Mr. Volesky was born July 23, 1924, in Yale, S.D., to Leonard and Martha (Baker) Volesky. He married Regina “Sunny” Lewis in 1950 in Huron, S.D.

He worked as an auto mechanic for many years, and also worked in the electrical field.

Mr. Volesky is survived by his wife, Regina “Sunny” Volesky of Pendleton; daughter Carol Volesky Eddy of Keizer; sons Terry Dale Volesky of Castle Rock, Colo., and Darrell Volesky of Gulfport, Miss.; brothers Kaehl Volesky of Bartlesville, Okla., and Leroy and Ron Volesky, both of Huron, S.D.; sister Trudy Armstrong of Las Vegas, Nev.; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and half-sister Twila Volesky.

Pendleton Pioneer Chapel, Folsom-Bishop is in charge of arrangements.
