Wedding: Hallman

Kimberly J. Colkitt and Andrew D. Hallman, both of Tigard, were married July 3, 2010, in Community Park in Pendleton. Aaron Bals performed the ceremony.
Kimberly was escorted down the aisle by her father, Steve Colkitt. She was attended by maid of honor Morgan Brinton of Driggs, Idaho, and matrons of honor Stephanie Windle of Boise, Idaho, and Ina Wilborn of Portland. Bridesmaids were Jen Meisberger, Erin White and Alexis Pollak, all of Portland, Katie Kunimoto of Denver, Colo., and Michelle Smith of Vancouver, Wash. Flower girls were Hannah and Lauren Wilborn of Portland.
Andrews best man was Ryan Johnson of Napa, Calif., and groomsmen were Kevin Wilborn and Jon Cascino, both of Portland, Quinn Harrington of Washington, D.C., and Michael Windle of Boise, Idaho. The groomsmen also served as ushers. The rings were carried by Ethan Wilborn of Portland.
Music for the ceremony was performed by Aaron Engum, Emily Callender and Nolan Frost.
A reception was held following the ceremony at the Roy Raley Room at the Pendleton Round-Up Grounds, with Dan Burns providing the music.
After a honeymoon trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple is at home in Tigard, where Andrew serves as Assistant Attorney General for the Oregon Department of Justice.
The brides parents are Steve and Charlene Colkitt of Union. She is a 1998 graduate of Union High School. She attended Portland State University, where she earned a bachelors degree in community health education in 2002 and a Master of Public Administration degree in health administration in 2005. She graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2008.
The groom is the son of Michele and Bill Grable and Gene and Mary Hallman, all of Pendleton. He is a 2000 graduate of Pendleton High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Oregon. He also graduated from UOs School of Law in 2008.
