Former Hermiston resident Gloria E. Stephens, 83, died Dec. 23, 2022, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was born Dec. 14, 1939, in Park Grove, Montana. A graveside service will be April 20, 11 a.m. at the Hermiston Cemetery. A celebration of life follows in the conference room at the Oxford Suites, 1050 N. First St., Hermiston.
