Former Pendleton resident Richard “Dick” Evans Meyers, 81, of Sweet Home, died May 3, 2024. He was born June 25, 1942, in Pendleton. Viewing is Friday, May 17, 4-7 p.m. at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel, 1443 Long St. A funeral service will be Saturday, May 18, 11 a.m, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; followed by a graveside service with military honors at Gilliland Cemetery, both in Sweet Home.
