Tonita Rae ‘Toni’ Croghan: 80, a former longtime Baker City resident and teacher, died Oct. 31, 2024, in Tualatin. In accordance with her wishes, her family will gather privately to honor her memory and scatter her ashes in a place she loved.

Donald Howlett: 90, a former Baker City resident, died Nov. 12, 2024, in Chico, California. No services are planned at this time.

David McLemore: 78, of Unity, died Nov. 13, 2024, at his home. A memorial service will be scheduled in spring 2025. Arrangements are with Gray’s West & Co.
