12:29 a.m. – Emergency services responded to a Chevrolet Tahoe that crashed into the fence at Irrigon Junior-Senior High School, 315 E. Wyoming Ave., Irrigon. The occupants declined medical aid.
11:15 a.m. – Residents on Southeast Charity Loop, Irrigon reported the neighbor’s dogs chase and harass them, and her husband is so fed up he wants to shoot the dogs the next time they come into the backyard.
A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy contacted the owner of the dogs and warned her she would get citations if the problems continue. She stated juveniles taunt the dogs and open her gates.
11:32 a.m. – A Pendleton woman reported she believed her daughter-in-law opened a credit card in her name.
1:02 p.m. – Stanfield police visited the 3D Idapro plant on Hoosier Lane and over the course of 50 minutes issued six citations for odor complaints from October.
2:03 p.m. – A woman asked Hermiston police to check on her brother. She said she was unable to get him on the phone and he is been dealing with medical issues. She also asked for police to call her back with what they found.
3:16 p.m. – A resident of Riverview Mobile Home Park, 1370 Highway 730, Irrigon, reported she heard dogs barking, checked outside and saw someone by her door. She went back in and locked the door, then found a note and a “bowl of something” on her door step.
8:11 p.m. – Pendleton police took a report for criminal mischief at Pendleton Pupcakes, 1901 S.W. Court Ave.
9:03 p.m. – A woman contacted the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office about a Morrow County resident stalking her in Portland. She also said she reported this to Portland police.
Sunday
•Pendleton police arrested Chelsea L. Myrick, 26, of Hermiston, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Tuesday
•Hermiston police arrested Francisco Benitez Armenta, 45, of Hermiston, on a warrant for two counts of first-degree sexual abuse. Hermiston Police Chief Jason Edmiston reported the arrests stems from an investigation that began Oct. 13 into incidents during the summer that involved a child.
Armenta is in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, pending charges from the district attorney’s office.
•Milton-Freewater police arrested Max Anagin Wilson, 19, no fixed address, for first-degree theft.
•Pendleton police arrested Karen June Sutton, 51, of Pendleton, on a probation violation and for felony methamphetamine possession.
•Pendleton police arrested Richard Brady Sherriff, 27, of Roseburg, for DUII.
