LA GRANDE Eastern Oregon University will hold White Out Night this Friday in Quinn Coliseum to show support for the Mountaineers as they take on Oregon Tech.

Fans are encouraged to wear white. Every fan who is wearing a white shirt will walk out of Quinn Coliseum with a giveaway. Prizes will be given all night from local businesses. The first 100 fans will receive a free Mountaineer rally towel.

The EOU womens and mens basketball teams are hosting the Owls in key Cascade Collegiate Conference matchups. The womens game tips off at 5:30 p.m. followed by the mens game at 7:30 p.m.

The mens game may get the NAIA Div. 2 National Game of the Week title later this week as it features the top two teams in the conference standings and both are ranked in the nations top 15. Oregon Tech (19-2, 9-0) enters the meeting ranked No. 7 and is the lone undefeated team in the conference. Eastern (15-3, 7-2) is at No. 11 in the NAIA Div. 2 ratings.
