The following lawsuits have been filed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Isaiah Bell, of Pendleton, versus Frank McNair, of Baker City; seeks $5,000.

Audrey Marie Temes versus Tower Apartments, both of Hermiston; seeks $1,283.

Rebecca M. Donaldson, of Clark County, Washington, versus John E. Kuhlmann, of Deschutes County; seeks attorney fees in pursuing claims against defendant under the right of first refusal.
