6:39 a.m. Pendleton police received a noise complaint on the 100 block of Southeast 17th Street.

9:09 a.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary at the Golden Valley Farms, Stanfield.

10:37 a.m. Umatilla police issued the first of seven parking citations, including on Merrick Avenue, Orchard Street and Deschutes Avenue.

12:30 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance at Powerline Road and East Interstate 82, Hermiston.

1:10 p.m. A Hermiston police officer handled a report of a fight on South First Street.

2:16 p.m. A resident on the 1200 block of Chestnut Street, Milton-Freewater reported someone threw a rock through their vehicle’s back window.

5:28 p.m. A female reported two males without identification or paperwork came to her residence at Northeast Eighth Street, Irrigon, to do a survey for an energy saving company. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office found the two males, who were legitimately surveying.

6:22 p.m. Pendleton police received a report of a burglary on the 500 block of Southwest 13th Street.

7:42 p.m. A 911 caller reported hearing gunshots at South First Street and Southeast California Avenue, Irrigon. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies checked the area and did not locate anyone shooting.

9:25 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of an assault on Southwest 11th Street.

10:10 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a relative making threats and causing a disturbance at South First Street, Irrigon. No one involved would speak with the deputy.

11:01 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance at the Country Club Manor, Umatilla.

Arrests, citations

Nov. 29

The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Juan Jose Reyes-Nicolas, 18, for vehicle theft.

Boardman police arrested Victoria Tais Cisneros, 18, for vehicle theft, third-degree escape and resisting arrest.

Pendleton police arrested Carlos Teodoro Lorenzo, 18, for reckless driving, felony fleeing, reckless endangering and driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol).
