Thomas Brigham, 77, an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, died Dec. 19, 2023, at his home in Stevenson, Washington. He was born Sept. 14, 1946, in Celilo Falls. A viewing was Dec. 23 at Gardner Funeral Home, White Salmon, Washington. A burial will be at a later date. Arrangements are with Gardner Funeral Home.
