Carl Gene Banker, 81, of Hermiston, died June 6, 2023, in West Richland, Washington. He was born Feb. 23, 1942, in Joplin, Missouri. A funeral service will be June 12, 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1035 S.E. Ninth St., Hermiston. Burial will follow at Hermiston Cemetery.
