Kenneth “Kenny” Dean Widner, 78, of Pilot Rock, died Aug. 17, 2023, at a care facility in Pendleton. He was born Nov. 17, 1944, in Weiser, Idaho. A memorial/potluck service will be Aug. 22, 11 a.m. at the 83 Ranch, 64575 Bear Creek Road, Pilot Rock. Arrangements are with Pendleton Pioneer Chapel, Folsom-Bishop.
