Viola May Owen, 94, of Pendleton, died Sept. 13, 2023, at a local care facility. She was born March 4, 1929, in Lorane. A public viewing will be Monday, Sept. 18, 1-5 p.m. at Burns Mortuary of Pendleton. A graveside service will be Tuesday, Sept. 19, 11 a.m. at Skyview Memorial Park, Pendleton.
