Wildhorse blasts into 27th year with fireworks show

- Fireworks explode over a packed parking lot on March 6, 2021, at Wildhorse Resort & Casino, Mission. In celebration of the casino’s upcoming 27th anniversary, a fireworks display will blast off Saturday, March 5, 2022, at 8 p.m.
MISSION — Wildhorse Resort & Casino is ready to have a blast. The public is invited to help celebrate the facility’s 27th anniversary with a fireworks show.
The free event is Saturday, March 5, 8 p.m. in the casino’s parking lot — just off Interstate 84 Exit 216, Mission. People are encouraged to arrive early, as the parking lot is expected to fill up fast.
Featuring a 250-foot long wall of fire, the pyrotechnic show will be set to music. People can tune into KCUW at 104.1 FM for the choreographed show.
