Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Derek Michael Mason Cole, 39, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty to 2022 charges of second-degree burglary and second-degree theft; sentenced to two years, six months incarceration, one year probation and $952.80 in restitution.

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Morrow County Circuit Court:

Christian Ryan Perkins, 22, of Stanfield, pleaded no contest to 2022 charges of coercion and harassment; sentenced to three years probation.
