Former Pendleton resident Mark Steven Bandy, 57, of Visalia, Calif., died Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011, at Kaweah Delta Hospital in Visalia. He was born Oct. 7, 1954, in Glendale, Calif. At his request, no funeral services will be held. A celebration of life will be held at a later date in California. Miller Memorial Chapel in Visalia is in charge of arrangements.
