PENDLETON — The following felony sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Kyle Andrew Waldron, 34, La Grande, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentence to discharge.

•David James Rushfeldt, 27, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to two counts of Fleeing/Attempt to Elude Police Officer: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 240 hours community service, $200 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension for each count; pleaded guilty to four counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 60 days jail, 120 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $100 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension for each count.

•Max Anagin Wilson, 20, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Theft I: sentenced to 2 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units and 80 hours community service.

•Shawn McLean, 28, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class A Felony: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service and $1,500 fine-suspended.

•Vernon Lee Piel Jr., 58, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and $2,800 fine-suspended; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, $200 fine and $2,800 fine-suspended.

•Dustin Charles Dyer, 26, Madras (DRCI), pleaded guilty to Unauthorized Use of Vehicle: sentenced to 3 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC), 2 years post-prison supervision and restitution to be determined.

•Jason Allen Leis, 35, Pendleton, pleaded no contest to two counts of Assault of Public Safety Officer: sentenced to 18 months Oregon DOC and 2 years post-prison supervision for each count, and $200 fine.

•Maximo Ramos Pablo, 39, Woodburn, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 12 months Oregon DOC, 2 years post-prison supervision, $3,755 fine and lifetime suspension of driver’s license, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to a second count of DUII: sentenced to 18 months Oregon DOC, 2 years post-prison supervision, $3,755 fine and lifetime suspension of driver’s license.

•Lauren Ashley Williamson, 33, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Unauthorized Use of Vehicle: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 120 hours community service, $200 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended, $460 restitution and 1 year driver’s license suspension.

MISDEMEANOR

•Michael Alan Hayter, 29, Umatilla (TRCI), pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced to $250 fine.

•Ricardo Guzman Ayala, 50, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 15 days jail, 135 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $1,755 fine, $1,500 fine-suspended and 3 years driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to $1,000 fine; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving: sentenced to $100 fine.

•John William Fine, 52, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Failure to Report as Sex Offender and Resisting Arrest: sentenced to 364 days jail for each count.

•Ramon Efrain Dovalina, 31, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 10 days jail, 170 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,255 fine, $5,250 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees (Diversion Program revoked/terminated).

•Jenifer Le Foster, 32, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass II: sentenced to 45 days jail.

•Jon David Burns, 56, Dayton, Wash., pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 30 days jail.

•Christopher Michael Vivona, 26, Bakersfield, Calif., pleaded guilty to giving False Information to Police on Citation/Warrant: sentence to discharge.

•Wendy Lynn Long, 49, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass II: sentenced to 15 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Paul Duane Caverly, 48, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to two counts of Resisting Arrest: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended for each count, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Giving False Information to Police on Citation/Warrant: sentence to discharge.
