Longtime Pendleton resident Kris Kelley, 62, of Boquete, Panama, died Nov. 2, 2018, in Boquete. He was born Nov. 4, 1955, in Pendleton. A celebration of life with hors d’oeuvres and no-host bar will be held Friday, May 31, 2019, from 4-7 p.m. at the Pendleton Country Club.
