PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Raul Ivan Torres, 27, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units and $200 fine; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 30 days jail.

•Johnny Mandujano, 62, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units and $1,750 fine-suspended; pleaded guilty to Resisting Arrest: sentence discharged.

•Jacob Allen Gornick, 25, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence: sentenced to 30 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC) and 2 years post-prison supervision.

•Michael Dean Gilliland, 48, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Aggravated Theft I: sentenced to 5 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 160 hours community service, $200 fine and restitution to be determined; pleaded guilty to Burglary II, Theft I and Criminal Mischief I: sentences discharged; leaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 6 months driver’s license suspension (sentence discharged).

•Ty Dale Vanmeter, 34, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Theft I: sentenced to 2 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and $1,300 restitution.

•Stephen Mark Forest, 61, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $100 fine, $2,400 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to a second count of Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 2 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $2,500 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 1 year probation, $100 fine, $1,155 fine-suspended and 18 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another Person; sentenced to $100 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to two counts of Giving False Information to Police: sentenced to $100 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension for each count.

•Devon Robert Hollenbeck, 25, Meridian, Idaho, pleaded guilty to Burglary II: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended.

•Tamarra Dove Bergstrom, 33, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Identity Theft: sentenced to 18 months probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended; pleaded guilty to Fraudulent Use of Credit Card: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.

MISDEMEANOR

•Yazmin Rosales Bravo, 24, Umatilla, pleaded no contest to Attempt to Commit Class C/Unclassified Felony: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 40 hours community service, $100 fine and $650 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Daniel David Kirk, 59, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Interfering With Peace/Parole/Probation Officer: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, $350 fine and $400 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Gesaud Suarez-Mendez, 29, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 1 year probation and enrollment in Diversion Program, plus court costs and fees.

•Jerry Allen Leicht, 50, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to two counts of Aid/Assist/Counsel/Share in Proceeds of Wildlife Violation: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 60 hours community service, $350 fine and $1,650 fine-suspended and 3 years hunting license suspension for each count, and $2,000 restitution, plus court costs and fees.

•Hernestina Derodelo Salas, 44, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced to 90 days jail, 1 year probation and $100 fine.

•Tyus James Wright, 22, Kennewick, Wash., pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 20 hours community service, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II: sentence to discharge.

•Wendie Myree Cadek, 47, Hermiston, pleaded no contest to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 160 hours community service, $50 fine, $2,450 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to two counts of Forgery II: sentenced to $49.82 restitution; pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass I: sentence discharged; pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief II: sentenced to $920.14 restitution.

•Richard Ray Moffett, 56, Pilot Rock, pleaded guilty to four counts of Failure to Appear II and one count of Criminal Mischief II and Criminal Trespass II: sentences to discharge.

•Michael Shane Marion, 43, Hermiston, pleaded no contest to Menacing: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.
