PENDLETON — Shannon Hatley of Pendleton, a pre-nursing student at Blue Mountain Community College, has received a Marguerite Scholarship from the Oregon State Chapter PEO Sisterhood. The $2,375 scholarship will help cover tuition costs for the 2018 summer session and the 2018-19 academic year at BMCC.
