PORTLAND — Shawnda Hamper of Portland was named to the Dean’s List at Portland State University for the 2016 summer term. Students earning the honor must earn a GPA between 3.75 and 3.99 while carrying a class load of 12 hours or more.

Shawnda is the daughter of Sharra Hamper of Umatilla.
