Betty Lou Norris, 91, of Wellington, Fla., and Hermiston, Ore., quietly slipped into eternity on April 14. She lived a notable life with her husband, Chuck, former commander of Umatilla Army Depot and Oregon state representative, who passed away in 2009.

Their legacy remains in four children, four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
