THE DALLES — The annual reunion and meeting of the Wasco County Pioneer Association is this weekend.

Organized May 2, 1922, membership is open to anyone interested in early-Oregon and early-Wasco County history. The group will meet Saturday, with registration beginning at 9:30 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 3350 Columbia View Drive, The Dalles. Lunch, which costs $14, is at 11:30 a.m. and a program starts at 1 p.m. The annual dues are $12.50 for individuals or $15 for a family.
