She attended Hermiston Junior High and Hermiston High School. She was involved in: 4-H, FFA (FFA Sweetheart), and Oregon Trail Appaloosa Horse Club where she was a princess in 1977. While attending college Anne excelled in organic chemistry and botany classes.

While working in Hermiston, she spent many years as a cashier at Bobs Thriftway, arranging flowers at Cottage Flowers, nurturing plants at Kopacz Nursery, and as a personnel clerk at Lamb Weston. Anne loved her jobs working with people and her beautiful smile could always light up a room.

On May 23, 1989, Anne welcomed her only daughter, Morgan, into the world. In 2010 she became a foster parent of two children. In 2012 she fostered another three children, all of whom she loved as her very own. In January of 2013, Anne became a grandmother to Addy Wilson and was expecting a second grandchild in November of 2014. She enjoyed time in her garden nurturing her plants in the same way that she nurtured all of those around her. In her later years Anne was a Master Gardener, the evidence of which is in all of our homes with plant starts and seeds of love. She cared deeply for people and enjoyed serving at Hermiston Christian Center in their Sunday school and nursery.
