PORTLAND Shawnda Hamper of Portland was named to the Presidents List at Portland Community College for the spring 2014 term. Students earning Presidents List honors must earn a GPA between 3.75 and 4.0 in a minimum of six graded credits.

Shawnda is the daughter of Sharra Hamper of Umatilla.
