PENDLETON A second Cellular Plus is going up in Pendleton on the corner of SW 9th and Dorion Ave.

The Verizon Wireless retailer is being built on the lot where the Hot Spot Cafe and an old gas station were recently torn down.

Keith Wellens of Wellens Farwell Construction said work began last week and the contract is for 120 days. This will be the second Cellular Plus in Pendleton, with the first being on SW 20th St.
