Greg Barreto sounds like a great candidate. Great background, personal history. His campaign literature uses the phrase Principled Common Sense. What guy with principled common sense would be so insensitive as to take $30,000 from Loren Parks who lives in Nevada and has a miserable history of meddling in Oregon politics. What is principled at all about Mr. Barreto taking $30,000 from the meddlesome millionaire

Parks? Thats more than what most candidates for the rep job spend for their total campaign.

The meddlesome Mr. Parks has also contributed $100,000 big campaign dollars to David Darnell for his run in the Republican Primary on the west side of the state. Mr. Darnell probably pleads principled common sense also. Mr. Barreto may have splendid credentials for the job but he, like Darnell and others who take big money from the meddlesome rich, will end up paying the price.

If you want a guy who wants to work for Loren Parks, vote for Greg Barreto. If you want a guy who wants to work for the citizens and taxpayers of District 58, vote for John Turner.
