FRIDAY

An occupant of the closed Rodeo City Inn, 74147 Barnhart Road, Pendleton, at 8:11 a.m. reported another occupant entered her unit and stole her purse. A Umatilla County sheriffs deputy responded.

A caller with a foreclosure company at 11:49 a.m. asked Hermiston police if anyone reported the theft of the heating and air system at a residence on East Ridgeway Avenue, Hermiston.

A Umatilla woman at 1:32 p.m. reported a strange male approached her the other day at her house on the 400 block of Deschutes Avenue and asked her if she wanted to have sex. She said she wanted police to know about the incident in case it happened or is happening around the neighborhood.

A caller at 1:35 p.m. reported someone busted a front door off the hinges from a residence for sale on Northeast Fourth Street, Hermiston.

A Pendleton woman at 1:40 p.m. reported someone tried to scam her out of money. She said she received a call from someone claiming to be a federal Drug Enforcement Agency agent who threatened to arrest her on drug trafficking charges. The caller said his number was 972-559-8421.

An officer researched the number and found it was out of Texas and connected to scams for money.

A Pendleton officer talked to a grandmother about a complaint against her after a caller at 1:58 p.m. reported the woman yelled at her grandchildren and called them worthless at Wal-Mart, 2203 S.W. Court Ave., Pendleton.

A Hermiston man at 11:41 p.m. told police there was a party involving 15 or 16 youth on Southwest Martin Court, and some urinated in his yard.

A Pendleton man at 11:38 p.m. reported a dog barking in the area of the north end of Grecian Heights Park on Tutuilla Road. An officer searched the area found the dogs on the 1300 block of Tutuilla Road. The officer contacted a 17-year-old male at the residence, who said he would fix the problem.

SATURDAY

A man at 9:57 a.m. reported someone drove across his property during the night, spun donuts and crashed through a chainlink fence on the 81600 block of Lind Road, Hermiston.

A caller at 1:11 p.m. reported a gun shot from a possible dog attack on the 500 block of Northeast 35th Street, Pendleton.

A caller at 3:50 p.m. reported residents abandoned a dog and chickens at Diagonal Road and Riker Lane, Hermiston.

Residents around 4:30 p.m. reported hearing explosions from the north side of the 78000 block of Agnew Road, Hermiston. One caller said it was like a sonic boom or cannon and it shook her house. A Umatilla County sheriffs deputy investigated but was not able to find where the booms came from.

SUNDAY

A man at 10:59 a.m. reported the theft of his wifes 2003 white GMC Envoy from the 54500 block of Highway 332, Milton-Freewater.

A caller at 2:41 p.m. told Hermiston police four people got out of a smaller turquoise four-door car and yelled at a lone male walking near Lawan’s Thai Garden, 325 N. First St., Hermiston. The driver threw a couple of punches and then took off. The victim walked southbound and wore shorts, a T-shirt and wool hat.

A mother at 3 p.m. told Hermiston police an adult served her daughter alcohol at a residence near Hermiston High School, 600 S. First St., Hermiston. She said she did not have an exact address.

Friday

Pendleton police arrested Thomas Bernard Patt, 52, and Ashley Lew Mitcham, 19, no addresses provided, for possession of methamphetamine after a traffic stop at 3:35 a.m. on the 200 block of Southwest Fifth Street, Pendleton.

Saturday

Hermiston police arrested Cleve Barry Liston, 22, of 790 Main St., Arlington, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of Hydrocodone, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a probation detention warrant out of Washington.

Hermiston police arrested Michael Jacob Wolfer, 23. of 510 S.E. Fourth St., No. 5, Hermiston, for felony domestic violence and strangulation.

Hermiston police arrested Donavon Richard Rullan, 23, of 635 E. Jennie Ave., Hermiston, for possession of methamphetamine, second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree trespass.

Hermiston police arrested Patrick Sean McClannahan, 31, of 1001 Eight St., Umatilla, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Milton-Freewater police arrested Efran Zuno, 24, of Milton-Freewater, for first-degree attempted burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree trespass.

Pendleton police arrested Michael Arnold Gonzales, 41, of 415 N.W. Eighth St., for carrying a concealed firearm and attempted use of a deadly weapon after a neighbor at 6:49 p.m. reported bullet holes in a vehicle.

Sunday

Pendleton police arrested Daniel Leonard DeChand, 25, no address provided, for attempt to elude in a vehicle and on foot after he tried to flee from an officer at about 1:30 a.m. on the 300 block of Southeast Dorion Avenue.

Boardman police arrested Norman Eugene Shankle, 63, no address provided, for possession of methamphetamine.
