HERMISTON Kara Taylor has been named the new manager of the Hermiston branch of U.S. Bank at 245 S.E. Second Street.

Taylor, 29, is a native of Eastern Oregon and lives in Hermiston. In her free time she enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking, camping and spending time with her husband and three children.
