HEAY – Arthur Louis Heay, 69, of Mission died Tuesday, March 23, 2010, at his home. A recitation of the holy rosary will be conducted at 7p.m. Friday, March 26 at Burns Mortuary Chapel in Pendleton. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday, March 27 at St. Andrews Mission, followed by burial at St. Andrews Cemetery. A full obituary will follow in the East Oregonian.
