GREAT FALLS, Mont. – Margaret L. Plouffe Siroshton, 78, of Great Falls, Mont., a retired Hermiston area accountant, died Thursday, Sept. 18, 2003, at Benefis East Hospital in Great Falls.
At her request, no funeral service was held. Private burial was Sept. 20 at the Hermiston Cemetery.
Mrs. Siroshton was born Oct. 25, 1924, at Malta, Mont., to Homer and Madeline Davis Plouffe. She was raised at Wagner, Mont., and graduated from Malta High School in 1942.
In 1945, she married Henry “Hank” Siroshton and the couple moved to Hermiston.
Mrs. Siroshton worked in accounting at Umatilla Ordnance Depot until her retirement in 1973. Her husband died in 1987, and she moved to Great Falls in 1991.
Mrs. Siroshton, “Auntie Marge” was said to be a joy and blessing to her family and to those who knew her.
Survivors include brothers, Allen Plouffe of Great Falls, Mont., and Douglas Plouffe of Chinook, Mont.; nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, by a sister, Thelma Carnahan, and a brother, Amos Plouffe.
Burns Mortuary of Hermiston was in charge of arrangements.
