Wanda and Terry Barkhurst of Redmond and Raymond and Sebrina Tracy of Umatilla announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Tracy, to Jason Dowdy both of Hermiston.

The bride-elect graduated in 2000 from Umatilla High School and attended Blue Mountain Community College. She works as a homemaker.

Dowdy is the son of John and Tina Hansell of Hermiston. He graduated in 1995 from Umatilla High School. He works for Hansell Farms, Inc.

The couple will be married July 10, 2004, at Hansell Farms, Inc., in Hermiston.
