Baynes – Perrine

Elizabeth Jean Baynes of Springfield and Tanner Martin Perrine of Weston were married Jan. 6, 2007, at Twin Rivers Baptist Church in Springfield. The Rev. Jim Morris officiated at the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Bill and Margie Baynes of Springfield. The groom is the son of Ron and Jill Perrine of Weston.

Evelyn Fisher of Springfield, grandmother of the bride, served as matron of honor. The bride’s sisters, Jamie and Emily Baynes of Springfield, along with friends Tara Shirley of Desmoine, Ohio, Jacey Hoffman of Portland, Mollie Maennont of Gig Harbor, Wash., and Casey Butterfield of Sacramento, Calif., were the bridesmaids. Coco Connor of Springfield, cousin of the bride, was flower girl.

The groom’s best man was his cousin, Phillip Perrine, of Pilot Rock. Groomsmen were friends of the groom Chad Weaver, Jordan Roerig and James Monk of Corvallis and Ben Weller of West Linn. Jesse Connor, cousin of the bride, of Springfield, was the ring bearer.

The bride carried a bouquet of white roses wrapped in satin ribbon. A reception at the church followed the ceremony.

The bride graduated from Springfield High School in 2001 and earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Oregon State University. She received a master’s degree in counseling from Western Seminary.

The groom graduated from Weston-McEwen High School in 2001. He graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in construction engineering management in 2006. He is employed at Lease Crutcher Lewis General Contractors.

After a wedding trip to Kauai, Hawaii, the couple now resides in Corvallis.
