Police are searching for an armed gunman who is at-large after shooting two Clackamas County women late Sunday night.

Suspect Jason Duane Hogan Jr., 33, is 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 190 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes, and may have a goatee, according to Sgt. Adam Phillips, Clackamas County Sheriff spokesman. Hogan is believed to be driving either a dark blue Hyundai Elantra with a damaged hood, license 161 DMY; or a 2002 silver Volkswagen Golf, license 924 DQG. Both vehicles have been reported stolen.

He may be headed toward Montana, Phillips said, but the information is unconfirmed. Phillips said anyone who thinks theyve spotted Hogan or either vehicle should keep their distance and immediately call police.

If they know where Hogan is, or they spot him, call 911, Phillips said. Do not approach or attempt to detain him. We consider him to be armed with a handgun and extremely dangerous. If you see either of the vehicles, do not approach them. Call 911 and report the location of that vehicle.

Shooting victims Gina Marie Perrone, 29, who Hogan was dating, and Norma Jean Perrone, 62, were transported to Oregon Health & Science University Hospital, according to a Clackamas County Sheriff press release. Norma Jean Perrone died, and Gina Marie Perrones condition was unknown as of 6:30 p.m. Monday.

Phillips said Hogan lived with the women at their Southeast Hobart Court, Clackamas County, residence, where they were shot.

Phillips said Hogans record includes kidnapping, assault and stolen vehicles.

This guy is very dangerous, he said. Weve had armed standoffs with him.
