Please join me in supporting Bob Blanc for Position 2 on the Umatilla County Port Commission. For nearly 50 years, Bob has been a committed and effective leader in our community. His involvement on numerous boards has given him valuable experience that will continue to benefit the port well into the future. I had the privilege of serving alongside Bob on the St. Anthony Hospital Board, where I witnessed his thoughtful and steady leadership firsthand.
Bob owned and operated Pioneer Implement Corp., our local John Deere dealership, for 25 years, employing a team of 45 people. With deep roots in agriculture and hands-on experience, he understands firsthand the critical role the port plays in supporting our local farming community.
Bob has served as a port commissioner for the past eight years, during which time the tax base has grown by over 30% — a clear sign of economic growth and job creation. With so much positive momentum, now is not the time to change course. We need experienced leadership to continue this progress.
Vote Bob Blanc for port commissioner Position 2.
