Hermiston Christian School announces spring fundraiser

HERMISTON — The Hermiston Christian School is accepting donations and help with its annual dinner and auction fundraiser.
In its 12th year, the event is Saturday, April 26, in the Hardin Event Center at the school, 1825 W. Highland Ave., Hermiston. The doors open at 5 p.m. with silent auction bidding, followed by a tri-tip beef dinner prepared by Cookin’ Spoo Style. At 7 p.m., the live auction begins. The evening also features fun fundraising games, including a chance to win tasty treats during the dessert dash.
Organizers are seeking donations for the live and silent auction. In addition, sponsorship and volunteer opportunities are available.
Hermiston Christian School was established in 1979. Proceeds from the benefit event will go toward equipment, classroom and gymnasium improvements, school supplies and other school-related programs.
