Pendleton PEO chapter provides medical scholarships to Pendleton area women

Female students who graduated from several Pendleton-area high schools and are pursuing higher education in the healthcare field are invited to apply for an Alison Furnish Memorial Scholarship from Pendleton PEO Chapter CM. The application deadline is April 30, 2025.
PENDLETON — Pendleton PEO Chapter CM is accepting applications for the Alison Furnish Memorial Scholarship. The award is designated for women seeking financial assistance for educational expenses leading to a career in the medical profession.
To be eligible, students must have an academic standing as a sophomore at an institute of higher learning. In addition, applicants must be graduates of Helix, Nixyaawii, Pendleton, Pilot Rock, Ukiah or Weston-McEwen high schools. The scholarship award will be provided directly to the recipient’s college or university.
