MONDAYS
SKATE WITH SANTA, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Roy Raley Park ice rink, Pendleton. Enjoy a free skate day at the ice rink. Santa will make his appearance and be available for candid photos; activities and games are offered for kids, along with warm drinks at the concessions stand. (541-276-8100). Monday, Dec. 23.
TOT TIME, 10 to 11 a.m., Pendleton Recreation Center, 510 SW Dorion Ave., Pendleton. The gym is open for preschoolers with a $2 drop-in fee per child. (541-276-8100).
MAKE AND TAKE ART, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Pendleton Center for the Arts. This free drop-in class gives kids ages 5 to 12 a creative outlet during no-school days. PCA provide the supplies and a snack. (541-278-9201). Monday, Dec. 23.
CANDY CANE SCAVENGER HUNT, 11 a.m., Hermiston Public Library, 235 E. Gladys Ave. Kids from grades K to 5 are invited to come search the library for Bucky’s missing candy canes. The first 50 participants will receive a prize. (541-567-2882). Monday, Dec. 9.
ART-Y PARTY CLUB, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., Wallowa Public Library, 201 East First St. Kids from 8 to 18 can enjoy a different activity each month, from drawing to painting to paper folding. Kids under 10 need an adult to stay with them. Snacks are provided. (541-886-4265). Fourth Mondays.
YOUTH HOLIDAY ART WORKSHOP, 5 to 7 p.m., Pendleton Center for the Arts. This session will focus on DIY holiday decorations with an assortment of holiday inspired, self-lead art projects. Cost is $10. (541-278-9201). Monday, Dec. 16.
