Rhonda Marie Soft, 54, formerly of Pendleton, died Nov. 7, 2024, at her home in Brush Prairie, Washington. She was born May 14, 1970, in Hermiston. A graveside service will be Friday, Nov. 22, 1 p.m. at Skyview Memorial Park, 70116 S. Highway 395, Pendleton; followed by a reception at Creekside Church, 1711 SW 44th St, Pendleton.
