Elizabeth “Bettie” Ann Sheff Barber, 92, of Ukiah, died Sept. 6, 2024. She was born Feb. 29, 1932, in Pendleton. Memorial services will be Oct. 13, 1 p.m. in the Ukiah School gymnasium.
