Joseph M. Bettencourt, 87, of Hermiston, died Sept. 14, 2024, at his home. He was born Sept. 21, 1936, in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. A celebration of life service will be Saturday, Sept. 21, 11 a.m. at the Stanfield Baptist Church, 310 E. Wheeler Ave. Arrangements are with Burns Mortuary of Hermiston.
