Work is projected to finish by the summer 2025. For the latest news, check www.hermiston.gov/library.

Rock & Roll Camp is back on the scene

PENDLETON — Musical teens will be rocking out again this year at the Pendleton Center for the Arts. Every day for a week, Aug. 12-16, youth will write songs, practice their licks and learn from professionals the basics of being part of a rock band. And thanks to generous community support, it’s all free. Teens can register online at pendletonarts.org/rock-roll-camp/. On Friday, Aug. 16, the camp closes with a public concert on Main Street.
