Former Hermiston resident Perla (Jarquin Cruz) Higginbotham, 51, of Pueblo West, Colorado, died March 13, 2024, in Pueblo, Colorado. She was born Sept. 13, 1972, in Nicaragua. A funeral service will be Thursday, March 28, 10 a.m. at the Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston. Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery. Arrangements are with Burns Mortuary of Hermiston.
