Kathleen “Kathy” Diane Spenst, 70, of Pendleton, died Feb. 28, 2024, at her home. She was born Sept. 27, 1953, in Auburn, Washington. A celebration of life will be Friday, March 8, noon, at the Pendleton Seventh-day Adventist Church. Arrangements are with Pendleton Pioneer Chapel Folsom-Bishop.
